"Adding some cloudberries to your tea makes it really delicious, you know~"
Recently, Prince Egiladurs has been enjoying tea with cloudberry jam after meals.
"Do you prefer apples or cloudberries?"
"Hmmmm~"
It seems he can't choose between the two, as he folds his arms and ponders. He doesn't like eating apples raw, but apparently, he enjoys them as jam.
Somehow, Prince Egiladurs, seriously contemplating his choice, looked oddly cute.
"Hey, Ed, if you like poached apples, how about I make you some baked apples?"
While she doesn't like baked apples herself, she thought that if Prince Egiladurs likes apple jam, he would probably enjoy the taste.
"\"Baked apples!?""
Not only Prince Egiladurs, but Lana and Monica also reacted.
It seems that anything made by Lina is automatically considered delicious and worth eating.
"Why are you two reacting too...?"
Even if it's made in the kitchen, the chance of getting to eat it isn't 100%.
"Because..."
"Uh...?"
Lana and Monica looked at each other and tilted their heads cutely.
These two seem to be getting along particularly well lately.
"Do you mean you bake the apples?"
Her eyes are sparkling brightly, showing her interest in anything Lina makes.
"Yep. You just stuff the apples with butter and sugar and bake them."
And it's super easy. That's why, even though she doesn't like them, she knows how to make them. Otherwise, she wouldn't be interested in something she dislikes.
"Stuff... Lina, can't you use a different word?"
Lana chuckled and gently scolded Lina for her choice of words. After all, they are supposed to be ladies...
"Stuff the apples with butter and sugar and bake them, so it is, ho ho."
Lina deliberately covered her mouth and said it in a playful manner.
"Just adding 'o' to everything doesn't make it polite... Lina."
Lana was even more exasperated. Adding 'o' to everything doesn't make it elegant. The fundamental issue remains unresolved.
Monica was giggling. She had never heard such a way of speaking before.
"Indeed, Prince Egiladurs."
Lina turned to Prince Egiladurs with a "ho ho."
"Blow...!"
Prince Egiladurs spat out his tea.
And then...
"Don't add 'o' to people's names!!"
He said, looking exasperated.
"......"
No, no... you're not even called "Egiladurs" in the first place, are you?
