During the subsequent interrogation, Veneto killed two more thugs. The reason was that one of them had once participated in an anti-government armed group in his hometown and had committed atrocities. The other had raped and murdered a woman.

This approach also terrified the surviving thugs, who vied to confess their crimes. They also revealed the locations of their superiors and hideouts. In addition, they disclosed the actions and locations of many other scoundrels in the area.

"What's going on with her?" After interrogating these scoundrels, Veneto met Hood at the entrance of the alley. She saw the victim, who had almost fully recovered.

"She's your fellow countrywoman, VV." Hood, knowing it was inappropriate to reveal her real name, greeted her with a nickname. "She's a student at an art college in Turin, and she wanted to travel during this time. She came here tonight to visit the art museums in Whitechapel."

"But it's already the early hours of the morning. Is she crazy?" Veneto looked incredulous. "Isn't it suicide to come here at this time? Even I, an Italian, know that East London is not a place for ordinary people to visit at night."

"She just wanted to find some artistic inspiration at night." As a lady, Hood understood the occasional abnormal behavior of future artists from a normal person's perspective. "I don't think this is too strange for Italians, right?"

"That's your bias." Veneto shook her head and spoke a few words in Italian to the young lady. After a brief discussion with Hood, she sent the young lady to a safe place on her motorcycle. When she returned, she saw Hood throwing the thugs with broken legs into a corner.

"What do we do next?" After piling the last thug on top of the others in the alley, Hood turned to Veneto, who had just returned and put away her motorcycle. After obtaining information about various crime dens in Whitechapel, she consulted a professional about the next steps.

"We are not gods, and we cannot eliminate all evil in the world." Veneto walked up to Hood and said, "But we can do our best to make the world a little better. For example, we can eliminate the evil people around Whitechapel and re-establish true order here."

"Meanwhile, we can earn enough money to establish a foothold in this world and lay a solid material foundation for the sisters who will come later. We can't let them start from scratch like we did." Hood added. "After all, taking money from these thugs is the fastest way to make money without violating our principles."

After saying this, the two of them smiled at each other. They each took out their weapons from their ship equipment space and walked towards the chaotic area of Whitechapel. For them, the next task was just a simple hunt.

After bypassing some thugs wandering around the streets and vigilantly watching their surroundings, they arrived at a three-story red brick building. According to the information from the interrogated group, this was the most evil den in the area, a hub for human trafficking and prostitution, and sometimes even the sale of human organs.

The reason they chose this place as their first target was simple: they hoped to save as many innocent people as possible.

"We should investigate first." Seeing Hood's eagerness, Veneto, with the air of a leader, raised her right hand and looked at Hood's chest. "But my ship's reconnaissance drone isn't very useful for indoor investigations."

"I know what to do." Hood undid a button on her collar, and two fat cats, one orange and one calico, emerged. She scratched their chins and then commanded, "Ginger, Fishcake, go in and check the situation, especially the positions of the armed guys."

"Meow, meow—" After two soft meows, the two fat cats silently climbed up the wall to the roof and then slipped through a crack. Veneto watched the cats enviously, comparing the differences between having and not having cats in her mind.

"Damn." After the cats entered the room, Hood's expression grew increasingly grim as she shared their vision. This alarmed Veneto, who was still thinking about the cats. "What did you see in the room?"

"See for yourself." Through the admiral network, Hood transmitted everything she saw to Veneto. After seeing it, Veneto's face also turned grim.

"Once we go in, leave no one alive except the victims." A voice like ice came from Veneto's throat. "Sometimes humans can be more noble and kind than us shipgirls, but some can be more evil than the Abyss. I find it hard to understand how they can do such evil to their own kind."

"So we're in the right place today." Hood's face was also cold. "Wait five more minutes, and once Ginger and Fishcake finish their reconnaissance, we'll move in."

After the long five minutes, the two of them circled around to the back of the building, removed their somewhat cumbersome helmets, and climbed up to the third floor. Clearly, to prevent the innocents from escaping, all the windows were welded shut with thick steel bars.

But this level of defense was useless against shipgirls. Hood simply grabbed two adjacent bars and pulled them apart with her hands, creating a gap large enough for a person to pass through.

Upon entering the room, the two shipgirls immediately smelled a foul odor and saw a messy bed in the corner of the dark room.

"You—" The man turned around at the sound behind him, but before he could make a sound, Hood lunged forward and punched him in the neck. He convulsed and fell to the ground, his neck twisted at an odd angle.

The little girl on the bed curled up in the corner, terrified. Veneto and Hood, in the eerie silence, stepped over the body in the middle of the room and pushed the door open.

The next rooms were all similar, each one equally horrific. The two shipgirls showed the coldest side of their nature as weapons, twisting the necks of every human monster they encountered.

After clearing the third floor, they had Ginger guard the only staircase, cutting off the scoundrels' emergency escape route. Then they moved down to the second floor.
