About meeting the family members:

Before Grandpa Fu left that day, he told Yun Shu to visit their home when she was free, and Yun Shu agreed on the spot. But, who knew that the old man couldn’t wait to call her and invite her to the Fu family’s residence the next day.

It’s used self-depreciatingly. /单身狗Dānshēn gǒu: Literal translation is ‘single dog’. Basically, a Chinese term to refer to singles or people who are not in a relationship/does not have a significant other.

[2] It refers to children.

[3] 自来水(zìláishuǐ)- “Running water” is an online term that refers to a group of fan groups who volunteer to publicise an activity because of their heartfelt love and appreciation, or their enthusiasm. The leaders of this group are like a “water army.” Without any complaint, they would passionately sort out materials and publicise activities for their idols.
