"Hey, wake up! Get up and start working. I found a barrel floating in the sea. Let's go and salvage it, hide it, and sneak a few drinks later!"

Hood Hill slowly opened his eyes, completely bewildered.

Where am I? A prank show?

Hood Hill only remembered that he had just finished his morning of brick-laying and was finally trying to catch a nap during his brief lunch break.

But then,

Where am I?

"Hey! Hey! Still groggy from sleep! Come and help me, I can't pull up that barrel by myself!"

Hood Hill, still dazed, followed the person who had been calling him out of the room.

Bright sunlight, a clear blue sky with white clouds, and a few seagulls occasionally calling as they flew overhead.

A wooden sailboat.

The old otaku Hood Hill immediately recognized the world of this scene, especially the character designs, which were unmistakable.

One Piece!

Am I in the world of One Piece? And this scene, it can't be wrong, it's the very beginning of the first episode of the One Piece anime!

Hood Hill, a veteran One Piece fan who had watched it dozens of times, knew the plot by heart. He had even once predicted the ending of One Piece on a One Piece forum and received thousands of replies, though most were sarcastic.

And now, the barrel that he and the other sailor were salvaging wasn't filled with alcohol, but with a sleeping Luffy.

Our future Pirate King.

Thinking of this, Hood Hill couldn't help but laugh. When he watched One Piece, he had always dreamed of being transported to the world of One Piece to become a crew member of Luffy's.

Hood Hill had also read many fanfictions, and he found it annoying when characters would join Luffy's ship and fawn over him.

Hood Hill didn't think that way. The world of One Piece is very harsh, what can an ordinary person do?

And if you join Luffy's ship and follow Luffy, when you are in danger, Luffy will definitely risk his life to save you. This is Luffy's belief. From Water 7, where he fought the World Government to save Robin, to saving Ace even when his body was already broken, many plots show that Luffy puts his crew's lives first.

"How about it, are you getting excited too? I'm telling you, this alcohol is going to be great! I can already feel it!" The sailor beside Hood Hill saw him laughing and joined in, eagerly looking forward to a drink.

But just as they had salvaged the barrel, the sailor noticed a pirate ship sailing nearby.

"Oh no, that's Arlong's pirate ship. Quick, go tell the captain." The sailor pulled Hood Hill away.

Hood Hill struggled, watching the barrel drift farther away.

Luffy! I was about to meet him.

Bang!

Arlong's pirate ship collided with the passenger ship.

The pirates began to plunder the passenger ship, and in the chaos, Hood Hill ran back to where they had salvaged the barrel, only to find it gone.

Then he saw Koby pushing the barrel on Arlong's pirate ship.

Most of the crew were busy plundering the passenger ship, so Hood Hill quietly sneaked onto Arlong's pirate ship, being very careful.

Hood Hill wanted to wait for Luffy to wake up, then join Luffy. Even if Luffy refused, Hood Hill had decided to force his way onto Luffy's ship.

After all, in this world, he couldn't even fight a small pirate crew member. His strength was probably on par with Koby's, and even worse than Usopp's.

Don't underestimate Usopp. This meat AD has a health level on par with Luffy's, able to survive even with a body full of fractures.

Just then, two of Arlong's crew members walked over, and Hood Hill immediately ran into a nearby room to hide.

"!" Nami was startled to see Hood Hill and then recognized him as a sailor from the passenger ship.

"Hmm, are you here to steal the treasure from the pirate ship? But, I won't give it to you!" Nami playfully said, pulling down her lower eyelid and sticking out her tongue.

Nami, you appeared in the first episode of the anime. Well, your money will be ours eventually.

"No problem, you go ahead and look. I'll check elsewhere." Hood Hill smiled, spreading his hands, and carefully opened the door to peek out, finding that the two crew members who had passed by were gone.

After searching several rooms, Hood Hill still couldn't find Koby and Luffy, which was ridiculous.

Boom!

A loud noise suddenly rang out. Hood Hill carefully followed the sound and finally found Koby and Luffy, as well as Arlong and his crew.

"Koby! What is the most beautiful thing on this sea?" Arlong asked, holding her club.

Koby, sweating profusely, scratched his head and awkwardly laughed, "Hehe, hehe, well, of course it's—"

Luffy, picking his nose with one hand, pointed at Arlong with the other and asked, "Koby, who is that ugly, savage auntie?"

"Ha ha!" Hood Hill couldn't help but laugh at the scene.

This is a famous scene, and Koby's moment of glory is coming up, which will lay the foundation for his future as a Fleet Admiral.

Just then, a voice echoed in Hood Hill's mind.

"Ding!"

"The Plot Witness System has been activated. The host can witness One Piece plots to earn Witness Points, which can be used for draws."

"Witnessing the first episode of One Piece, the Straw Hat Luffy, earns ten Witness Points."

"Draws are available as single draws or ten consecutive draws. Ten consecutive draws guarantee a purple item. Each draw costs ten Witness Points, and the first draw guarantees a golden legendary item."

System! It's here, a standard for穿越者 (穿越者 means "穿越者" in Chinese, which translates to "穿越者" in English, but in this context, it means "穿越者" which is "穿越者" in English)! The first draw guarantees a golden legendary item, so I definitely have to draw!

While Hood Hill was drawing,

"She, she is, the most savage and ugly auntie on this sea!!! Ahhhhhh!!!" Koby shouted, tears streaming down his face.

Don't regret it!! Don't regret it!! I've already said it!! I must fight for my dream!! I must fight!! Even if it means losing my life!!

Koby recalled what Luffy had just said to him: I've decided to become the Pirate King, even if it means losing my life!

These words were deeply etched in Koby's heart, becoming the root of his future strength.

"Good job, Koby!" Luffy extended his hand in front of Koby.

"Luffy..." Koby looked at Luffy with concern.

"Absolutely can't let you live!! You two must die!!" Arlong angrily raised her club and swung it at Luffy.

Luffy smiled widely and said, "It won't work!"

"How is that possible!" Arlong was terrified.

"Because I'm a rubber man!"

"Rubber Rubber Pistol!"

Luffy stretched his arm and punched Arlong, sending her flying.

Just then, a Marine warship sailed over.

"Damn, it's the Marines. We have to escape quickly. Koby, you—"

"Wait, Mr. Luffy, if the Marines see me, I'll definitely be captured. Please take me to the nearby Marine base!" Koby said to Luffy.

"Sure."

Luffy untied the rope connecting the small boat to the large ship, and the boat dropped, splashing a lot of water. Nami, who was about to escape with the treasure, saw Luffy's eyes and laughed, pressing her hat down.

At this moment, Hood Hill also jumped off the large ship, landing on Luffy's boat. He had a Nichirin Blade at his waist and said, "Future Pirate King, may I join your crew?"
