『Kichichi…』, emitting a threatening sound, the mantis's head also emerged from Kazaha's back, following the scythe. Then, swinging its long scythe, it struck the man's temple with the part without the blade.

"Ahg!?"

Taken aback by the sudden impact, the man lost consciousness and collapsed on the spot. Upon closer inspection, he had also wet himself a little.

Meanwhile, the mantis extricated its body from Kazaha's clothing, eventually exposing its entire body. It was a Big Mantis, a bug-type monster about 2 meters long, characterized by its two sharp scythes.

"Sorry to wake you, Man-chan. I'll finish this quickly, okay?"

As Kazaha stroked the Big Mantis's head, the Big Mantis purred in a high-pitched voice, ‘Kichi, kichichi.’

Seeing this, Shion remarked with interest, "Wow, that's interesting. You were keeping something like that?"

The adventurers were flustered by the sudden appearance of the monster but still seemed ready to fight.

"Hey, calm down! One Big Mantis isn't much of an obstacle! We can't lose to a kid like that!"

The danger level of the Big Mantis is "C." This is roughly equivalent to the combat power of a bronze-ranked adventurer.

So indeed, they are not an opponent they cannot defeat. If this were a one-on-one battle.

"Well, since Man-chan is awake, everyone else should wake up too."

As Kazaha said this, various bugs of different sizes tumbled out from the gaps in her clothing. How could so many fit in there? The combined size of these bugs would definitely exceed Kazaha's. Moreover, these bug-type monsters all possessed dangerous abilities and were known for making adventurers reluctant to fight. The sight of so many such monsters made the adventurers pale.

"Killer Hornets, Poison Flies… that's a Fighter Beetle!? Why are such monsters with humans!?"

Individually, they are not much of a threat. However, bug-type monsters become several times more dangerous when they form a swarm.

"This makes it an even match. Well, let's start, shall we?"

Like Shion's golem, Kazaha's bugs stood in front of the adventurers. Despite their pride and unwillingness to lose to a child, many of the adventurers had already lost their fighting spirit.

The golem and the bugs then attacked them. The disparity in strength was clear. The adventurers were knocked down one after another, either hit by the golem or stung by the bugs.

"Dammit! I can't take this!"

Realizing they had no chance of winning, one of the adventurers tried to flee, but Kazaha was already waiting for him.

"You have the nerve to start a fight and then run away. You've got some guts. Why don't you play a bit more with me?"

"Kid! Don't get cocky! Intermediate Fire!!"

The adventurer, thinking he could defeat a single girl, cast a fireball. The magic flew straight at Kazaha and exploded upon impact.

"Take that!" the man boasted, but as the explosion cleared and Kazaha's figure became visible, his face turned to despair. A giant centipede had wrapped around Kazaha, protecting her from the flames.

"Phew, thanks, Mui-chan."

Kazaha thanked her partner, the centipede, and then turned her gaze to the man, giving Mui-chan an order.

"Well, it's time to finish this. Mui-chan, let's end it!"

Upon receiving the order, Mui-chan moved its over a hundred legs at high speed, approaching the man at an incredible pace. The man desperately swung his weapon to resist, but he couldn't keep up with the speed and was easily caught. Mui-chan then coiled around the man's body and squeezed with tremendous force. The man, squeezed as if by a vise, let out a pitiful "Ugh..." and immediately lost consciousness.

Seeing this, Mui-chan released the man with a thud. They were Kazaha's excellent soldiers and would not kill needlessly unless commanded. Of course, if anyone threatened Kazaha's life, they would mercilessly take that person's life.

"Looks like they're finished over there."

Kazaha looked at Shion's group just as the last adventurer was punched by the golem and embedded into a nearby wall.

"Let's go."

In response to Kazaha's words, Mui-chan chirped happily, ‘Gyu!’
