Magic is not a fairytale or legend, but a technology developed over a century ago. Spring brings new students to the National Magic University Affiliated First High School, known as Magic High School. Students are divided into the elite "Course 1" and the supplementary "Course 2", referred to as "Blooms" and "Weeds" respectively. This year, a brother and sister enter the school. The brother is a flawed, inferior student, while the sister is a perfect top student. The story follows the siblings as they navigate school life and uncover mysteries within the seemingly peaceful campus.
